Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts Thawed if frozen
  • 1 ounce ranch dressing mix 1 packet
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup broccoli florets fresh or frozen
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a large bowl and coat with ranch mixture made from ranch dressing mix, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
  3. Assemble the dish in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish with the coated chicken, broccoli florets, and shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
