  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice optional
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place them in a baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  4. Coat the chicken with the herb mixture, ensuring every inch is covered. Drizzle lemon juice if using.
  5. Bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
