In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove the chicken and set aside.
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium, add unsalted butter and let it melt. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add broccoli florets and chicken broth to the skillet, cover, and cook for 4-5 minutes. Return the chicken to the skillet, drizzle with lemon juice, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
