- Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat them dry. Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Squeeze lemon juice over the chicken.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
