Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 ounce ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Mix ranch dressing mix, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a bowl. Pour over chicken.
  4. Add cream cheese on top of the chicken and ranch mixture.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Shred the chicken in the crockpot and stir to combine with the sauce. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and cover for 10-15 minutes until melted.
