Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients to make the process smoother.
  2. Rinse and dry the chicken breasts, then place them in the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken breasts.
  4. Add the softened cream cheese on top of the seasoned chicken and pour the chicken broth around it.
  5. Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once cooked, shred the chicken in the crockpot and mix it with the cream cheese and broth.
  7. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon, then season with salt and pepper as needed.
