Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 ounces
  • 1 can chicken broth 10.5 ounces
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix 1 ounce
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix 1 ounce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat them dry. Place them in the bottom of the slow cooker and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, ranch seasoning mix, and brown gravy mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the gravy mixture over the seasoned chicken in the slow cooker, ensuring the chicken is well coated.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken in the slow cooker and stir it back into the gravy. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
