  • 1/2 cup sour cream Cool and tangy topping.
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro Optional for freshness.

Method
 

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and ground chicken. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned. Add garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking spray. Press wonton wrappers into muffin cups to form taco shapes. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Fill each baked wonton shell with the chicken mixture. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese. Add sour cream if desired.
  4. Serve the tacos on a platter with lime wedges and sprinkle with cilantro if using.
