- Gather all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add cooked, shredded chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, salsa, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Warm flour tortillas in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Place 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla. Roll tightly, folding in the sides to secure the filling.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place taquitos seam-side down in the skillet. Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towel.
- Serve hot with sour cream and guacamole.
