Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare your ingredients by dicing the onion and draining the corn and green beans.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and diced onion, cooking until browned and onion is soft, about 5-7.
  3. Drain excess fat, then mix in corn, green beans, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish, layer tater tots on top, and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake for 30-35 until golden brown.
  5. Let cool for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley and serving.
