  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 can (15 ounces) corn, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package (32 ounces) frozen tater tots

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients and dice the onion.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and diced onion, and cook until beef is browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Drain excess fat, then mix in corn, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the beef mixture in a 9x13-inch baking dish, sprinkle cheese on top, and arrange tater tots in a single layer.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 30 to 35 minutes until tater tots are golden brown.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
