Method
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Spread marinara sauce over the top of the meatloaf. Bake for 45-55 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
