Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Shred your cooked chicken and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and chicken broth until smooth. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika, and stir well.
Gently fold in the shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, and cauliflower. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
