Chicken Filling
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Olive oil for cooking

Method
 

  1. Prepare the chicken by boiling, baking, or grilling until fully cooked, then shred it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken with mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream. Add minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Lay out the tortillas and spread an equal amount of the chicken mixture onto the center of each. Add spinach leaves and diced tomatoes on top.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat, drizzle olive oil, and place the wraps seam-side down. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
