- Prepare the cauliflower by washing and cutting it into small florets. Steam until tender, about 5-7.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapeños, and sour cream. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the prepared cauliflower gently to avoid mashing. Transfer to a greased 9x9-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Mix panko breadcrumbs with olive oil and sprinkle over the casserole. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 25-30 until golden brown and bubbly.
